This is an arrangement of the famous Adagietto from Gustav Mahler’s 5th Symphony that aims to preserve as much of the melodic material as possible in the solo trombone. All grace notes (or double stops) have been kept. This arrangement also differs from others in the choice of material in the solo voice in the middle section of the piece.
